Andrew Dvorocsik is the vice president of revenue growth management at S&S Activewear, overseeing pricing strategy and revenue optimization to drive maximum financial results. Leveraging extensive pricing analytics, commercial strategy and market dynamics know-how, he executes each decision to drive tangible business performance.

Dvorocsik is a force multiplier in retail tech and a strategist who turns data into dollars. Over the last three decades, he has built a career solving complex business challenges, redefining how companies leverage data and implementing pricing frameworks that create long-term competitive advantages. Whether working with Fortune 500 companies, private equity firms or largescale distributors, he has consistently developed strategies that strengthen margins, optimize revenue streams and enhance market positioning.

His journey started in manufacturing and supply chain optimization, where he developed a game-changing scheduling algorithm at Numetrix that automated a process once thought to be strictly manual. At KPMG Peat Marwick, he perfected financial models and rebuilt pricing strategies, laying the ground for a career based on extracting maximum business value. Each step of his career has been defined by analytical expertise and a relentless focus on delivering exceptional results.

As a partner at Accenture, Dvorocsik managed C-suite client relationships, spearheaded pricing and margin management initiatives and consistently surpassed revenue targets. His leadership extended beyond pricing tools, developing strategies that turned analytics into tangible profits. His ability to translate data into action became even more prominent in his roles at Zilliant and Arthur D. Little, where he advised private equity firms and industry leaders on M&A due diligence, strategic pricing approaches and largescale business transformations.

His tenure at Periscope by McKinsey marked a defining moment in his career. He built the client service team from a single member to over 250 employees, developing structured processes for pricing, promotion management, and revenue optimization. His leadership helped the company gain industry recognition from Gartner, Forrester and ALM. The expertise he gained there led to leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts and EY, where he led pricing transformations that sustained financial gains across multiple industries.

At Ingersoll Rand, he built a global pricing function from the ground up, recruiting and training pricing teams across six international locations while implementing standardized pricing processes. His initiative improved financials and optimized profitability across various business segments.

Currently, at S&S Activewear, he is refining pricing structures, creating smarter revenue strategies and making each step count for maximum profit. His approach is not about playing defense but setting the pace in an industry where distribution pricing, cost analytics and revenue intelligence define market leaders.

Throughout his career, Dvorocsik has positioned pricing as a business accelerator rather than a routine function. His ability to align strategy with execution has driven advancements in revenue management, optimized pricing models and enhanced profitability, cementing his status as a key player in the retail tech industry.
